How long does my order take to ship?

To ensure each package is handled with care, we currently ship orders once a week on Saturdays. Your order will ship out on the weekend immediately following the day you place it.

All standard orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (normal delivery). If you need your items sooner, please reach out to us before or immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate expedited shipping.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently do not handle international shipping. We are working on it and will hopefully start shipping across the pond very soon!

What is your return policy? 

​Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our bath and body products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We want you to love your skin’s new routine, so please review all ingredient lists carefully if you have known sensitivities.

We understand that everyone's skin is unique. In the rare event that you experience a severe reaction or are genuinely unhappy with your purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. While we don't take the physical product back, we want to ensure you are taken care of and will gladly work with you on a replacement or a refund.
